The double room is airy and functional.

The rooms are airy, the staff is outstandingly accommodating. There is a lot of facilities in the room such as : coffee and a sleeping area...

The location next to the station with a direct train connection to the airport was the reason for us to book this hotel.

The "design" aspect of the hotel has in our opinion overwhelmed pleasant atmosphere and practical use: the hotel exterior and interior , the room, even the dress of the staff exclusively in black, grey and white worked for us depressing, facilities have little privacy or are unpractical (washing openly in the room, showering behind semitransparent glass, door of toilet with open split and distant light switch). We did not take breakfast because of the exorbitant high price.

The staff are very helpful, quiet and smile all the time. the location is very convenient next to train/metro station. free beverages in afternoon in the lobby is a great value for the guests.

the hotel was a bit expensive

The room was compact but with great use made of space - however, the set up of the bathroom is such that some might be uncomfortalble sharing. The location was terrific, for accessing both the airport and the city and the room itself was very quiet - in terms of both exterior and interior noise. Breakfast was good but a bit over-priced - eat out like the locals! The free drinks and pastries in the afternoon was a plus after a hectic day of shopping and sighseeing and the free minibar a great idea - so nice not to pay ridiculous prices for soft drinks. Staff were exceptionally helpful.

My only complaint was no make-up mirror in the bathroom, but that's a fault of many hotels when the room is designed by someone who doesn't use makeup !

I found the hotel to be a convenient base for exploring iconic sites like Placa d'Espanya, just a short walk away, and Camp Nou, only about 2.5 km from the hotel. The staff was friendly and the bar served some good quality food.

It's a good hotel, with a good location (right by the Barcelona-Sants metro/train station). They offer a simple free mini-bar and a free coffee-bar downstairs which really make the hotel a good value. The hotel itself was clean and aesthetic, and the staff is helpful. Overall a good place to stay in Barcelona for a reasonable price.

Be careful getting a taxi outside - always have the front desk call for one, or the taxis will charge you around 5 euro surplus for being picked up at the train/metro station.

Free mini-bar in the room, and free soft drinks and cookies in the lobby, even though could cost you just a few bucks but make a very good impression on the guests. Very well located, just by the central train station and three subway lines of L2, L3 and L5. Modern and cozy interior design, esp. inside the rooms. Rooms are quite soundproof. We definitely recommend it.

Great train station access

1) rooms bright and with modern design 2) free mini bar with non-alcoholic drinks filled on a daily basis 3) really good breakfasts 4) free coffee corner for available for clients for a whole day 5) helpful and friendly staff (well English & knowledge of Barcelona's topography)

1) a bot noisy in early hours in the morning due to traffic 2) really noisy/loud cleaning personnel at even 8 am (I haven't heard something like this before!)

really close to the railway station Sants (50 m).

It's furnished very well, but i dont really think it's a hotel in general. i cant find reception desk inside, the cleaning lady dont speak english. the hot water is not enough to take twice shower a day. location is nice, but the apartment is inside a small street, i dont think at night it's safety for female.

It was accesible to all the main sighseeing location. Accesible to all main transportations. Excellent views.

Perfect location, comfy stay!

The staff was super friendly and really helped out when I needed directions. The room was clean and comfy, but the bathroom layout was kinda weird, with a mirror facing the bed. Plus, the echo from the toilet was a bit loud for my liking. The bar area was a nice spot to chill.

this hotel is in the Sants area of barcelona, ideal for the station so it is accesible to the ramblas (a short tube journey), its very comfortable and the bed is massive! bathroom area is slightly open and not the most private but if you are a couple then it shouldnt be a problem!! good value and friendly staff
